When you call, please be near your system so Atlantium support can work with you in real time. Have the relevant information about your Atlantium system available.  This includes:

• Model: (Rxxx SL or DL; RZxxx-xx)
  
• Error message or other data that appears on your touch screen
  or
• Type of malfunction recorded in the Log Events

Kindly refer your non-urgent requests to support@atlantium.com.  These include support issues that do not prevent system operation as well as requests for spare parts.  An Atlantium technical professional will contact you within 3 business days of receiving your request.
